By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Hotel lobby AI generator uses the official Seedance 2.5 video service to create a two-subject performance from eligible reference inputs. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Monthly video subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically. Starter is USD $14.90 for 900 credits, Creator is USD $29.90 for 2,400 credits, and Pro is USD $59.90 for 6,000 credits per billing period. Each 720p generation uses 300 credits. Monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over. You may cancel future renewals in billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Failed or canceled generation tasks refund application credits to their original credit allocation, retaining its expiry. Test-mode checkout does not collect real money. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.

Reference permission and generated videos

Submit only references you are entitled to use. Obtain permission for identifiable people and follow the model provider's content rules. AI outputs may vary and should be reviewed before sharing. The finished video includes template audio; access to the tool does not grant additional rights to third-party recordings.

Video generation uses application credits at the cost displayed before submission. Failed or canceled generation tasks return the application credits they consumed. Downloading a completed output does not consume additional application credits. New finished videos are stored privately in your account; historical provider preview links may expire. Questions can be sent through the support tickets in your account dashboard.
